to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use
the platform.
1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Verification
CEREBRID is exclusively intended for use by licensed dental clinics and registered dentists (For

integrity of the platform and prevent fraudulent use, practising dentists are required to
provide a valid Dental Council of India (DCI) registration number during the onboarding
process.
The submitted DCI registration number will be subject to verification. Access to EHR and
continued use of the platform is contingent upon successful verification of this registration.
In the event that:

access to EHR will be denied or revoked. In such cases, any subscription fees already paid
will be refunded within 60 days, after deducting applicable taxes and processing charges.
Leuqin Technologies reserves the right to take further appropriate action in cases involving
fraudulent submissions.
3. Service Description
CEREBRID is an intelligent, cloud-based software platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence
(AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies specifically designed to support and
streamline the operations of dental clinics and assist practising dentists in their professional
workflows. The core features of the platform may include, but are not limited to, patient
registration and history tracking, dental charting and treatment planning, digital
prescriptions (with drug interaction checker) and consent forms, appointment scheduling
and reminders, billing, invoicing, and payment tracking, image and X-ray storage, and other
administrative functions. The exact features available may vary depending on the chosen
subscription plan or configuration. All the data generated by our model is constantly
monitored and verified by expert doctors. However, in the event of any discrepancies
identified during system use, users are advised to apply their clinical judgment and medical
expertise to determine the most appropriate course of action.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms

taxes (e.g., GST). Once activated, subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by
law. Access to the service will only be provided once payment has been completed. Failure
